The bronze drawn and the delicate long drying process at low temperatures are the fundamental steps that we follow to make the best “griffin” with great flavor, color and cooking endurance.

    Our pasta is homemade for flavor, scent, roughness and porosity; all these characteristics are fundamental to intensify the best condiments. The pasta preparation begins with a careful analysis and choice of the best durum wheat.

    Every element of the production – like humidity and temperature- is managed with great attention and precision, thanks to our latest generation machineries.

    After the bronze drawn, the following step is the really slow drying, that can last up to two days for some formats.

    This is how our pasta takes all its excellent characteristics and it is ready to delight the most demanding palates.
