All sales are final. We cannot accept returns for any merchandise unless defective is some way. We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.
Returns of defective items are also handled based on the manufacturer’s return policy. Since manufacturers’ return policies and restocking fees vary, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item due to defect so we can get the return set-up for you with the manufacturer.
The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Manzo Food Sales.
Returns of defective products are subject to approval, Manzo Food Sales reserves the right to refuse and request for a return.
