FAQ
Why use a dough proofing box?
A covered dough box keeps dough balls from drying out and forming a skin while they ferment, and keeps them separated and organized.
Can the boxes be stacked?
Yes. Proofing boxes are designed to stack, with the top box closed by a lid, to save space during fermentation and storage.
How should I clean it?
Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly before the next use.
